We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Marketing Specialist 1 in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. This role is primarily centered around researching, analyzing, and providing insights on market conditions to aid in the determination of potential sales for a product or service. The specialist will also be involved in data analysis, story building, and collaboration with various marketing teams.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive analysis of the competitive landscape and market trends to provide actionable insights for product positioning and strategic marketing initiatives.
• Develop and refine customer personas based on detailed data analysis to guide marketing campaigns, product development, and sales efforts.
• Evaluate and devise methods for data collection such as surveys or questionnaires, and arrange to obtain existing data when necessary.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI and Tableau to present insights to key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product management, sales, and marketing teams to ensure alignment between product offerings and market opportunities.
• Leverage Excel, PowerBI, SmartSheet, Salesforce, and 6Sense to manage and analyze data.
• Utilize strong communication skills to effectively convey insights and strategies to the team and stakeholders.
• Apply knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services.
• Work independently and manage your time efficiently to meet project deadlines.• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for the role of Marketing Specialist 1.
• Required proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Proven experience in sales and marketing is vital.
• Ability to conduct comprehensive research and analyse data.
• Demonstrable experience in training team members and implementing procedures.
• Familiarity with budget processes and financial principles.
• Proficiency in Python and Tableau for data analytics.
• Ability to develop and execute marketing campaigns.
• Experience with stakeholder management and negotiation.
• Understanding of various marketing methods and principles.

• Proficiency in using 'About Time' software.
• Capable of handling multiple queries and tasks effectively.
