About Preferred Home Care of Florida:
We are seeking an experienced Medicare Home Health Marketing Representative (Bilingual Spanish a plus) to cover the Treasure Coast Counties area.

Role Overview:
The Marketer is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing plan to support the agency's strategic objectives. The ideal candidate is energetic, organized, enjoys multi-tasking, and works well in a team environment.
Qualifications:
- Experience in Medicare Home Health Care Account Management, Community Liaison, Marketing, or Business Development is a MUST!
- Current marketing experience in Medicare home health in the Treasure Coast area
- Experience in marketing and strategic planning
- Strong leadership and consensus-building skills
- Proven track record in developing and maintaining marketing programs
- Experience in making presentations
- Private Pay experience is a plus
Requirements:
- Understanding of how a licensed home care agency functions, especially regarding the delivery of services to the elderly, chronically ill, or disabled patients, and the coordination of scheduling
- Effective communication skills with employees, patients, and medical/community affiliates to foster positive relationships
- Proven success in marketing to Physician Groups, Communities, and Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs)
- Must have an existing referral base
