Clutch is looking for an experienced POP Graphic Designer for an in-house client of ours.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop creative and innovative packaging solutions that are visually appealing, functional, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Create eye-catching and effective POP displays to promote products in retail environments.
- Design and produce a variety of marketing collateral, including brochures, catalogs, and promotional materials, to support sales and marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and sales teams to understand project objectives, target audiences, and brand strategies.
- Ensure all designs are consistent with brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive visual identity across all materials.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from concept to completion, while adhering to deadlines and budgets.
- Prepare and present design concepts and final artwork to team and stakeholders for review and approval.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design software, and printing technologies to ensure designs are fresh and effective.
- Work with vendors and printers to ensure accurate and high-quality production of all materials.
- Create 3D renderings and mockups of packaging and displays.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or Advertising
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on packaging, display, and POP design.
- Experience working in-house with a large corporation.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Strong understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout.
- Knowledge of packaging materials, printing processes, and production techniques.
- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative design solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Portfolio showcasing relevant work.
- Experience with 3D design software (e.g., Adobe Dimension, SketchUp) is a plus.
