Job Description
We are looking for a Director Digital Marketing to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing marketing policies and programs, as well as identify areas of improvement to increase brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage Inbound Leads: Respond to inquiries from potential customers through various digital platforms (phone, email, chat, etc.), ensuring prompt and professional communication.
- Qualify Prospects: Assess the needs and readiness of inbound leads, qualifying them based on their home improvement interests and ensuring they are a good fit for our services.
- Schedule Appointments: Set up appointments for home improvement estimates by coordinating calendars with our sales team, ensuring a smooth transition from inquiry to consultation.
- Provide Information: Explain our services, processes, and value propositions to prospective clients in a clear and persuasive manner.
- Maintain CRM: Accurately record lead information, appointment details, and follow-ups in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to ensure all interactions are documented and tracked.
- Follow Up: Ensure timely follow-ups with leads to confirm appointments and address any concerns or additional questions they may have.
- Customer Experience Focused: Always deliver excellent customer service, creating a positive first impression and ensuring potential clients feel heard, valued, and confident in our services.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a telemarketing or sales role, ideally within the home improvement or service industry.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to engage and build rapport with customers.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in using digital communication tools (phone, email, CRM software, etc.).
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple leads and appointments at once.
- Positive attitude with a customer-first mentality.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Experience with inbound lead management and appointment scheduling is a plus.
