Architectural Principal/Studio Leader - Greater L.A., San Francisco, or San Diego

This role involves overseeing client relations, project team performance, and ensuring client satisfaction. Strong interpersonal skills and exceptional presentation abilities are essential. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic plans for the region Ensure high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction Foster relationships with potential clients and generate new business opportunities Support staff development and oversee recruitment efforts Lead the full design team Qualifications: Experience in K-12, Higher Education, Healthcare, and Sports/Entertainment projects DSA experience is beneficial Registered Architect in California 20+ years of experience Compensation: The base salary for this role varies based on qualifications, experience, and location.
