Your Seat at the Table
Design has a clear seat at the table and shares the responsibility for product planning, execution, and success. You’ll be looked to as an expert in your field who will be held accountable for the end-to-end experience of a digital product or a suite of products. Key job responsibilities:
Craft the vision: Own, evangelize, and execute the product roadmap, inspiring your team and rallying stakeholders.Define direction: Define crisp product design direction for your areas, and collaborate with partner design, product management, marketing, and engineering teams.Forge connections: Build strong relationships across all business units and disciplines, understanding their needs to create win-win solutions.Champion the customer: Leverage user research, insights, experimentation, and optimization, ensuring our products meet our customers' expectations.Craft Exceptional User Experiences: Set a high bar for usability, functionality, and visual appeal. Zoom in and out between meticulous attention to detail and the broader vision.Execute Flawlessly: Consistently ship solutions that meet timing expectations, embracing rapid iterations as needed. Develop clear and effective practices & processes with your product and engineering partners to ensure the team delivers quickly and efficiently.Drive Alignment: Communicate down, up, and out on your design decisions and back them up with data/customer insight.Empower your team: Mentor and uplevel designers, cultivating a culture of collaboration, enabling your team to excel and deliver impactful high-quality work.WHO YOU ARE
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher in a design-related field.12+ years of UI/UX design experience.Available online portfolio.Experience with best practices for User Interface Design, Information Architecture, and Interaction Design.Experience in life cycle design projects from design strategy through execution.Proficiency with Figma.Proven record of delivering global products that simplify complex problems.Preferred Qualifications:
Understanding of the digital agriculture or related industries (strong preference).Excellent verbal and written communication skills and an ability to summarize complex technical programs into a broader compelling narrative.What We Offer: Base salary estimated range between $131k – $196k annually, depending on the hiring location. You may also be offered bonuses, RSUs cash equivalent, or commission.
