We’re looking for a Content Specialist to join TransPerfect’s MarComm team. Reporting to the Content Lead, you’ll play a key role in developing and optimizing content that supports brand awareness, lead generation, and thought leadership efforts.

From blog posts and landing page copy to social media posts and more, you’ll infuse consistency, clarity, and creativity into every project. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves wordsmithing, thrives on variety, and wants to grow their content marketing skills.

What You’ll Do

• Research, write, and optimize blog posts and digital guides
• Conduct keyword research to help inform content strategy and identify opportunities
• Edit and refine AI-generated copy to ensure clarity, accuracy, and brand voice
• Support ad hoc content projects and initiatives
• Collaborate with MarComm team members to align messaging and tone
• Help maintain day-to-day workflows and content team processes

What You’ll Bring

• Minimum bachelor’s degree or its equivalent
• 1–3 years of experience in content writing, marketing, journalism, or a related field
• Strong grasp of English grammar and syntax and the ability to modify messaging and tone for different audiences
• Familiarity with SEO keyword research tools, e.g., SEMrush (willingness to learn is OK, too!)
• Experience working with generative AI tools
• Excellent attention to detail and an eye for consistency
• A proactive mindset and strong time management skills
• Curiosity and a thirst for continuous learning

Nice to Have

• Exposure to B2B or enterprise marketing
