Key job responsibilities* Working backwards from our advertisers, define a vision and roadmap* Evangelize the vision with partner teams and leadership* Collaborate closely with engineers, design, marketing, UX research, and others to ideate, design, develop and deliver great advertiser experiences* Inspire the team to continually invent and simplify solutions to complex problems* Vigorously and consistently refine product definitions to deliver faster, without sacrificing the advertiser experience* Coordinate with partner teams to ensure we deliver seamless experiences across multiple advertiser touch points* Write working backwards documents; define user stories and product requirements* Define success metrics for features, track performance, and deliver results* Collaborate with finance and marketing to develop business forecasts
About the teamThe Rewarded Ads team is mostly located in Los Angeles and San Diego. We are an entrepreneurial team and we're excited to be working on some of Amazon Ads' most exciting new offerings.
We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:
Santa Monica, CA, USA- Bachelor's degree- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product- 8+ years of technical product or program management experience- 5+ years experience in advertising- Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements- Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $144,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $279,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
