Take direction from the Senior Digital Designer and Principal Creative Director to create effective and impactful creative solutionsAdapt multimedia design solutions to social media templates across all channels (ie. Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram), assuring that specifications are correctCurate imagery from JSTOR that is in line with our brand and copyright lawsAssist in the creation of animations that tell our brand connected story and empower the organization to create materials that are consistent with our brandCollaborate and ideate with Brand and Product Design teams for a wide range of design needs
Ensure excellent work with a high level of quality, execution, and consistencyPresent work and ideas to peers and stakeholders across the organizationFollow a user-centered approach to design and strategyHelp to ensure content quality and consistent visual design and messagingWork within our brand guidelines, images, components, and overall brand identity to elevate our marketing designs
Experience and Skills
1 - 2 years of experience in a similar roleExperience with the Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and CanvaSelf-starter who can bring enthusiasm and energy to every projectClear communicator and effective problem solver with a passion for design and systems thinking
