Job Description
The Senior Associate, Investment, executes strategies set by Managers and Associate Directors. Responsibilities include negotiating scatter needs, analyzing AD weight, and implementing allocation and billing tools to ensure smooth buy-to-air transitions. Providing training and guidance to Associates is essential.
This role is hybrid, requiring three days in-office weekly. Recruiters will discuss specific accommodations if needed during interviews.
Responsibilities
- Negotiate cable purchases
- Create recommendation documents
- Develop and deliver POV/position papers on key issues/opportunities
- Oversee brand allocations and corporate ownership
- Manage Tardiis allocations
- Oversee billing discrepancies
- Verify schedule inputs
- Create documents for Mission Control
- Review/post-buy analysis
- Analyze ADU packages
Qualifications
- 1+ years of traditional media buying experience, with national broadcast preferred
- Experience with media buying tools like Prisma is preferred
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with media systems/tools such as Mediaocean, MBox, Nielsen, Comscore, AdRelevance, eMarketer, Forrester, Integral Ad Science
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure
- Detail-oriented and accurate
- Leadership qualities
