We’re looking for a strategic leader to elevate our brand, drive engagement, and fuel demand generation through innovative social and influencer strategies. This role owns global social media, cultivates key influencers, and crafts compelling content for B2B audiences.
Success requires strong cross-functional collaboration, deep knowledge of social trends, and the ability to translate brand and product stories into impactful campaigns. The ideal candidate is a social media expert, skilled people manager, and detail-oriented executor.
What you'll do at UiPath
10+ years of experience in B2B social media and influencer marketing, preferably in AI, automation, or enterprise technology.
3+ years of influencer marketing experience with B2B enterprise technology brands.
Proven track record of scaling social media programs and executing influencer partnerships that drive measurable business outcomes.
Deep understanding of LinkedIn, X, Meta, YouTube and other/emerging platforms.
Strong analytical skills with experience in performance tracking, reporting, and optimization.
Exceptional storytelling, content creation, and copywriting skills.
Comfort in ambiguity and a willingness to be entrepreneurial in your thinking - big picture and attention to detail.
Outstanding communication skills -- in person and in writing, your knowledge, expertise, creativity & agility inspire the confidence & followership of diverse audiences, including senior leadership.
Ability to manage agencies, vendors, and internal cross-functional teams effectively.
What you'll bring to the team
Lead Global Social Media & Influencer Strategy: Develop and execute a data-driven, multi-platform strategy to optimize engagement, grow followers, and attract new audiences. Oversee both organic and paid social initiatives.
Manage & Mentor Team: Lead the Global Social Media team and serve as a key member of the Global Communications team.
Influencer & Thought Leadership Programs: Build and manage relationships with influencers, analysts, and content creators to enhance brand credibility. Oversee influencer strategy, partnerships, and agency relationships. Develop executive social media strategies to amplify thought leadership.
Content & Community Engagement: Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create impactful social content. Lead real-time engagement, trend analysis, and social listening to safeguard brand reputation.
Paid Social & Performance Optimization: Work with demand generation and PR teams to optimize paid campaigns, refine audience targeting, and maximize impact. Integrate influencer programs into broader marketing efforts.
Global & Strategic Collaboration: Align social and influencer programs with global marketing strategies, ensuring local relevance. Monitor trends and allocate budgets effectively to drive business objectives.
Budget Management & Allocation: Oversee the Global Social Media budget, ensuring resources are distributed effectively across organic, paid, influencer marketing and any other initiatives. Track spending, measure ROI, and refine strategies to maximize impact.
