Overview
Review client program and project goals to generate planning and design concepts. Review progress design documents to ensure consistency with design concepts.
Direct development of specifications and related technical documentation.
Review progress design documents to ensure compliance with all applicable codes and regulations. Coordinate internal QC reviews in a timely manner.
Maintain knowledge of established office design standards and procedures and mentor emerging design staff.
Maintain knowledge of technical standards for materials and methods commonly in use, including finishes, wall assemblies, laboratory and workplace furniture systems.
Assist in organizing in house Design Reviews for projects in process.
May require to travel/telecommute.
REQUIREMENTS: Employer requires a Masters degree in Architecture, Project Management or related technical field plus 12 months experience in job offered, Project Coordinator, Student (R/A, T/A, Projects, Classes), or related occupation.
Education or experience must include: 1) BIM Software, AUTOCAD, REVIT, 2) 3D Visualization Software - ENSCAPE, Render, SketchUp, Parametric, Rhino, Adobe Suite (Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator), 3) NEWFORMA and PROCORE, 4) Deltek, Vanatge point management, 5) Building Codes and Regulations
IBC, ADA, MASS CODES, and 6) Project Management.

SALARY:
From $106,704 per year
