Base pay range $250,000.00/yr - $290,000.00/yr Annual Bonus : Up to 40% - Performance based Opportunity for Career Growth We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Data Center Design Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of major technical programs across multiple regions. This is a key leadership position that will focus on the development and implementation of best-in-class design management practices, tools, and strategies to drive project success. You will lead a team of talented professionals while shaping the future of large-scale, hyperscale, and colocation builds. What Youāll Do
Lead design management programs from inception through completion, with a focus on preconstruction and design phases. Drive continuous improvement in design processes and team performance. Develop and maintain relationships with key industry partners and suppliers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success. Oversee and mentor a team of Design Managers across geographic regions. Ensure all projects meet or exceed expectations for cost, quality, and timeline. Lead the development of key departmental metrics and performance tracking systems. What Weāre Looking For
10+ years of progressive experience in construction management, including at least 5 years managing design teams. Expertise in data center design and construction. Strong project management skills and proficiency in tools like MS Projects, Prolog, Procore, and Smartsheets. Proven track record of mentoring teams and driving innovation. Bachelorās degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. Ability to lead by example and foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence. Ready to lead the way?
