Title: B2B / DTC Marketing Manager
Location: Fully onsite in Miami Beach (5X A WEEK)
Type: Full Time, Permanent
Overview:
Our client in luxury retail is looking to hire a B2B/DTC Marketing Manager to join their organization in Miami Beach, FL. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as social media marketing, marketing campaigns, B2B & DTC strategies, email marketing, retention plans, and overall digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be able to execute campaigns and generate creative ideas.
Must Haves:
- 4-7+ years of experience within marketing with experience executing B2B & DTC strategies
- Strong background in creating and managing engaging marketing campaigns to drive key actions across various touch points
- Deep understanding of B2B & DTC strategies, sales cycles, and buyer behavior
- Must be comfortable wearing multiple hats and working closely with the C-suite as you will be the main POC for all marketing related initiatives
Position Functions:
- Market analysis and strategy development:
- Conducting thorough market research to identify industry trends, competitor analysis, and target audience segmentation to create comprehensive B2B marketing strategies.
- Marketing automation:
- Utilizing marketing automation tools to streamline campaign management, nurture leads, and track customer interactions across different channels.
- Brand management:
- Maintaining a consistent brand image and messaging across all marketing materials and communications.
- Performance measurement and reporting:
- Tracking key marketing metrics (ROI, conversion rates, lead generation) to analyze campaign effectiveness and make data-driven adjustments.
- Lead generation campaigns:
Implementing targeted marketing campaigns across various channels (email, social media, paid advertising) to attract and nurture qualified leads.
