Replit . This is a full-time position based in Foster City, CA, with an in-office requirement on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Replit is seeking a talented Product Designer to enhance software creation accessibility through AI features, collaboration tools, and deployment capabilities. You will be involved in all design levels, from strategy to UI details, especially focusing on AI-native interfaces. Responsibilities
Drive product design from concept to delivery, including sketches, user flows, prototypes, and final implementation. Test and validate ideas through user interviews, prototypes, and concept testing. Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams on requirements and project sequencing. Identify high-impact opportunities for B2C + B2B growth through design improvements. Design enhancements for Replit AI interfaces, including Chat. Lead design workshops for AI feature integration across the platform. Contribute to and improve Replit's Design System (Replit UI). Partner with internal teams to uncover new user needs and product opportunities. Minimum Requirements
5+ years of professional experience in SaaS and software authoring tools design. Advanced knowledge of developer tools. Proven ability to deliver user-loved experiences. Strong ownership skills, goal-setting, and balancing velocity with quality. Highly collaborative with cross-team partnership experience. Preferred Skills
Coding experience or eagerness to learn. Compensation and Benefits
