This Role requires a combination of Design and Project management skills to manage all aspects of the development process. Candidate should be comfortable working in the Adobe Suite as well as Excel and Powerpoint. Walmart Experience is a plus.

Design and Development Working with Sales to understand the needs for each season and brands regarding designs, fabrication, and pricing. Researching trends and creating original designs, including print and woven fabrications. Using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to index, spec, and tech pack artwork. Working off brand-specific design guides to make sure we hit all the key needs of our customers, keeping cost at the forefront of mind. Product Coordination Daily communication with overseas on all product-related matters, including product development, sourcing, costing, and sample requests. Keep track of sample submits and maintain status using Work in Process grids. Review lab dips, strike-offs, and sample submits and communicate comments to the factories. Manage cost sheets – review the accuracy of the item specs and pricing. Responsible for maintaining product presentations for each category and updating presentation lines with new samples. Ordering samples and strike-offs for presentation purposes. Maintain project timelines and deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
