Engage with KOLs and healthcare professionals in targeted accounts Support disease state or product conversations and activities Execute physician engagement activities and support congress participation Collaborate with cross-functional teams for strategy and insights Lead or support advisory boards and develop speaker programs Provide training and monitor speaker performance Engage with KOLs for feedback and support account plans Ensure compliant execution of programs and collaborate with sales teams Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 5 years in product marketing, field sales, or medical affairs Minimum 5 years in Dermatology/Rheumatology Experience with thought leader engagement and large territory management Strong relationship-building and strategic execution skills Effective communication, organizational, and collaborative skills Willingness to travel and work flexible hours Compensation & Benefits Starting range from $156,000 - $195,000 plus incentives. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, wellbeing programs, 401(K), insurance, paid holidays, vacation, parental leave, and more. Final compensation based on experience.
