Position Summary The Associate Director, Regional Marketing, is a field-based position focusing on KOL engagement, bridging regional markets and headquarters, speaker development, and supporting disease state education and programs. The role requires collaboration with various teams and reports to the Director, Regional Marketing, covering territories including N. California, Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana, Hawaii, Nevada, Wyoming, & Alaska. Candidates must reside within the territory. Key Responsibilities
Engage with KOLs and healthcare professionals in targeted accounts Support disease state or product conversations and activities Execute physician engagement activities and support congress participation Collaborate with cross-functional teams for strategy and insights Lead or support advisory boards and develop speaker programs Provide training and monitor speaker performance Engage with KOLs for feedback and support account plans Ensure compliant execution of programs and collaborate with sales teams Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 5 years in product marketing, field sales, or medical affairs Minimum 5 years in Dermatology/Rheumatology Experience with thought leader engagement and large territory management Strong relationship-building and strategic execution skills Effective communication, organizational, and collaborative skills Willingness to travel and work flexible hours Compensation & Benefits Starting range from $156,000 - $195,000 plus incentives.
