Produce digital media content for large-scale CTL events like conferences, symposia, and department presentations, as well as ongoing workshops, guest speaker events, and monthly meetups.Collaborate with CTL staff to develop and edit features, promotional spots, and video content showcasing the CTL’s programs, courses, and training. Tailor content for specific media platforms (website, social media, email marketing) to maximize reach and engagement.In support of CTL’s outreach and communication, create compelling content that sparks interest and encourages participation in CTL events and initiatives; capture interviews and event footage for news stories and website videos that effectively showcase CTL’s services and offerings.Curate an archival library of media objects (video, audio, photographs, graphics, etc.) by organizing and preserving, managing permissions and versions, ensuring accessibility through captions and descriptions, and securing talent releases – all while adhering to Stanford’s accessibility standards.Set up, operate, and troubleshoot media equipment used in creating content, including video and still cameras, laptops, audio devices, and video conferencing equipment.Research, prepare, and produce digital media for interactive modules, trainings, and courses on topics related to ATSL and broader CTL priorities.Represent the ATSL on the CTL Communications Advisory Group.Research and evaluate new and emerging digital technologies, including AI media generation, x-reality, spatial computing, and so on.As needed, assist ATSL staff with general programs and services, e.g., demonstrating academic technology devices (e.g., Meeting Owl, Catchbox, Double Robotics, Oculus Quest) that are available through the ATSL academic technology hardware loan program, staffing events, and interacting with clients.Note:
