You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to support the development and communication of our product offerings.Key Responsibilities:Content Creation: Help develop and maintain marketing content to drive product awareness and demand.Sales Enablement: Partner with the Sales team to create tools and resources that help them effectively communicate product value to prospects. Support the onboarding and continuous education of sales teams on product features and benefits. Help create clear and concise product materials, including battle cards, data sheets, presentations, and constant contact sales tools ( e.g. just-in-time industry news, monthly insights newsletter).Competitive Intelligence, Market Research, Voice of the Customer: Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for differentiation. Help gather customer feedback and case studies/testimonials to support product messaging, offerings, and enhancements.Performance Analytics: Report on the performance of marketing campaigns, analyze results, and provide insights to continuously improve future efforts.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers, Marketing, Sales, and Client Success to ensure alignment on product messaging and strategy.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).2-5 years of experience in SaaS product marketing, marketing, or a related field.Strong communication and writing skills, with the ability to craft clear, compelling messages for various audiences.Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Analytical mindset with experience in gathering insights from market data, customer feedback, and campaign results.Knowledge of digital marketing and sales enablement tools is a plus. Strong interest in technology, innovation, and staying up-to-date with market trends.A proactive and collaborative team player with a customer-centric mindset.Additional Details:Location: 2 Pierce Place, Suite 900, Itasca, IL 60143Workplace Flexibility: Hybrid (3 days in-office per week)Potential base salary range: $60,000-90,000. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
