Job Description: Strategic Leadership: Lead the development and execution of high-level B2B marketing strategies focused on business growth, revenue generation, and customer acquisition. Drive key initiatives that align with overall business goals. Data-Driven Insights: Use advanced data analysis to identify market trends, customer behavior, and competitive insights, driving decisions and optimizing marketing spend to ensure a high ROI. Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Partner with senior leadership, sales, product, and creative teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with the company’s strategic objectives. Provide guidance on go-to-market strategies and customer segmentation. Campaign Optimization: Oversee and optimize large-scale, high-impact paid media campaigns, ensuring consistent lead generation and alignment with broader business growth initiatives. Market Expansion & Growth: Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships to drive market expansion. Lead market research and analysis to inform product positioning and growth opportunities. Mentorship and Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing direction, setting performance expectations, and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
Responsibilities: Extensive Experience: 12+ years in B2B marketing or business growth with proven expertise in managing cross-functional teams and driving revenue-focused marketing campaigns. Previous experience in leadership roles required. Strategic Vision: Strong strategic thinking with an ability to lead high-level discussions and decisions that directly impact business outcomes. Experience in scaling business growth through innovative marketing tactics. Expertise in Digital Marketing: In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn, programmatic ads) and their application in B2B. Expertise in lead generation, paid media, and inbound marketing. Advanced Data Analytics: Strong analytical skills, with experience leveraging tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar platforms. Ability to interpret complex data and present it to senior executives for decision-making. Communication & Influence: Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Proven ability to influence stakeholders, present strategies, and lead high-level negotiations with clients or partners. Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or other advanced business qualification is a plus.
