Field Marketing Leadership
Develop and lead the global field marketing strategy to drive demand generation, client engagement, and brand awareness across the Americas. Collaborate with regional and corporate teams to ensure field marketing aligns with business objectives, product strategies, and target audience needs. Act as the bridge between corporate marketing and local markets, balancing brand consistency with regional execution.
Sales Alignment & Campaign Execution
Work closely with sales leadership to ensure field marketing programs support and accelerate the sales cycle and revenue goals. Develop targeted initiatives, including ABM (Account-Based Marketing), that cater to high-value prospects and clients. Provide data-driven insights to optimize lead conversion, pipeline acceleration, and regional sales performance. Oversee the creation and deployment of multi-channel field marketing campaigns (e.g., events, digital, direct mail) tailored to local market needs & evaluate campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed based on data, regional feedback and evolving market conditions
Strategic Programs
Lead the development and deployment of strategic programs aimed at enhancing global commerciality Execute high visibility programs that will drive increased sales engagement and enterprise standardization, including but not limited to annual sales kick-off and corporate narrative training Manage stakeholders across businesses, regions and within Marketing & Communications to make a high impact
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
8-10 years of progressive marketing leadership experience in the financial services industry or a related field. Proven track record of driving successful go-to-market strategies and commercial programs in the Americas. Ability to think globally and act locally, balancing big-picture strategy with tactical execution. Strong understanding of regional market dynamics across the US, Canada, and Latin America, particularly Brazil. Sensitivity to cultural differences and ability to adapt marketing strategies for diverse markets. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, influence, and collaborate across all levels of the organization. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present complex ideas to senior stakeholders. Demonstrated expertise in ABM, demand generation, and customer lifecycle marketing. Experience working in a global, matrixed organization with cross-functional teams.

The base salary for this position is expected to be between $119,000 and $221,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNY total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and Company-sponsored benefit programs.This position is at-will and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, change in geographic location, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
