The Precision Segment Marketing Communication Manager will develop and execute strategies to promote growth and brand awareness for Precision Technology within the New Holland Brand. Reporting to the Director of Commercial Marketing, this role involves creating cohesive messaging, market positioning, generating sales leads, and collaborating with cross-functional teams like product marketing and the Precision Technology Group.
The ideal candidate should be within driving distance of our offices in New Holland, PA, Racine, WI, or Sioux Falls, SD, with a hybrid work environment. Consideration may be given to candidates near other CNH facilities.
Responsibilities
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for New Holland Precision Solutions, managing campaigns, content development, implementation, and analytics.
- Partner with product marketing, sales, and technical teams to develop content for product launches and lead campaigns, including messaging and communication tactics.
- Develop marketing strategies and brand positioning to communicate effectively with dealers and customers.
- Support customer-facing events such as tradeshows, webinars, and sponsorships.
- Coordinate creation of marketing materials like brochures, flyers, and digital assets for websites and social media.
- Manage digital assets and update the brand website's precision sections.
- Oversee content development from briefing to activation, including photo shoots and layout finalization.
- Coordinate with creative suppliers and manage marketing budgets within assigned cost centers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum four (4) years of digital marketing experience.
- Experience with brand-building and performance marketing activities.
- Proven success in marketing campaign development, implementation, and measurement.
- Ability to travel at least 25% of the time.
Preferred qualifications include:
- At least three (3) years of experience with B2B/B2C Go-To-Market strategies.
- Knowledge of digital media and web technologies.
- Experience in agricultural or heavy equipment sectors is a plus.

CNH Industrial offers comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k, paid parental leave, flexible work policies, and development opportunities. Salary ranges from $84,000 to $112,500 plus bonuses, based on experience and skills.
