Senior Brand Manager, CVS Media Exchange (CMX) , the retail media network of CVS Pharmacy. In this role, you'll own the brand vision, positioning, and B2B marketing strategy for our fast-growing retail media platform, part of the 6th largest company in the U.S. Your goal is to craft a clear, differentiated market narrative for CMX that drives advertiser partnership and engagement. Responsibilities
As the voice of CMX in the market, your ability to assess the competitive landscape and understand advertiser needs (current and future) is critical. You will craft CMX into a unique brand with a solidified, differentiated, and consistent industry position, and drive that story through paid, owned, and earned channels in collaboration with our creative, PR, media, and business teams. You will be responsible for deploying content across various channels, including website, LinkedIn, sales collateral, and media campaigns. You will orchestrate cross-team efforts to maintain a comprehensive content calendar focused on messaging that promotes engagement with our products and client solutions. Collaborating with multiple teams, you'll leverage your expertise in digital media and public relations to support our business objectives and differentiate us from competitors through integrated marketing efforts. Finally, you'll lead brand health tracking and research to understand our market position and identify key opportunities, establishing KPIs to measure marketing effectiveness. Location

7+ years in Marketing/Media/Advertising 5+ years in marketing/brand strategy with digital media and retail/CPG experience 3+ years of digital product marketing, demonstrating growth in products and partnerships 3+ years of cross-functional leadership 2+ years in digital or retail media, including B2B public relations and paid campaigns Preferred Qualifications
Experience in product marketing within digital media or retail media networks for over 2 years Proven ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external partners Self-motivated with high capacity to perform in demanding environments Excellent communication skills in both written and oral forms, comfortable with business announcements Creative problem solver, able to adapt and act independently Familiarity with platforms like Adobe Analytics, Marketo, LinkedIn Business Manager Travel up to 25% Education
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience) MBA preferred Pay Range
The typical pay range is $82,940 - $199,144, depending on experience, education, and location. This role is eligible for bonuses, commissions, and equity awards. Benefits
