Role Overview We're seeking a visionary Senior UI Designer with a strong focus on UI, Motion, and 3D Graphics to help conceptualize and design engaging, intuitive user experiences for digital platforms for AI-driven Smart Homes. You will drive the design process for our web apps and upcoming mobile applications and help refine a cutting-edge digital human avatar. Additionally, you will influence the presentation and vision of our products at exhibitions, showcasing their innovative potential. Responsibilities Work independently on the end-to-end design process, from gathering requirements to delivering pixel-perfect UI, Motion, and 3D designs for interactive interfaces across kiosks, applications, mobile devices, etc. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure user experience goals align with business objectives. Develop user-friendly interaction designs for touchscreens, augmented reality/virtual reality, large displays, mobile devices, and similar technologies. Advocate for best practices in UI, 3D, and Motion Design. Stay updated with the latest UX/UI trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve and innovate designs. Qualifications and Skills 5+ years of experience as a UI Designer or similar role. A portfolio demonstrating at least one end-to-end design process, focusing on mobile and web. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator. Expertise in Motion and 3D design tools like After Effects, DaVinci, Blender, Maya. Ability to thrive in a startup environment with fast feedback loops, managing multiple responsibilities across design, research, and cross-functional initiatives. Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions and user insights to stakeholders. Passion for bridging physical and digital user experiences. Excellent English language skills, both verbal and written. Preferred Qualifications Experience designing for touch interfaces, AR/VR applications, or large-screen displays is a plus. Familiarity with game engines such as Unreal Engine, Unity, or Godot. Experience with projects involving IoT, smart home, or exhibition design is advantageous.
