They are headquartered in the greater Knoxville, TX area. They are seeking a
Marketing Manager
to drive demand generation, sales enablement and branding efforts for their company. NOTE: This is a fully onsite role at company HQ and is not a remote or hybrid role, reporting to the company's General Manager. The successful Marketing Manager candidate will: Lead market research and analysis efforts to identify emerging trends, generate sales leads, and inform commercial priorities Contribute to the development of compelling business cases to support new product initiatives and technical service directions Monitor industry shifts, economic factors, and customer behaviors to anticipate risks and opportunities Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns, including web updates, digital and print advertising, and trade show engagement Support customer engagement efforts and manage select strategic accounts as assigned Supervise internal marketing staff and external partners, ensuring alignment across project timelines and brand standards Act as a collaborative voice within the commercial leadership team, contributing to policy and procedural decisions when required Qualifications: The ideal candidate is a strategic marketing professional with strong analytical acumen, market insight, and experience leading commercial projects in a manufacturing or technical environment. Knowledge of the plastics or polymer industry is a strong asset. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a technical field; MBA preferred 8–10 years of experience in B2B product marketing or commercial development, ideally within the polymer or masterbatch sector Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and guide marketing direction based on data and customer insights Strong project management, planning, and leadership capabilities Experience managing teams and external consultants Excellent communication and decision-making skills Seniority level
