Founded in 2004, the mission of the Indy Film Fest is to create a shared experience around film in Indianapolis. We do this through presenting movies that entertain, inform, challenge and expand audience perspectives by providing a vivid reflection of the cultural diversity of the Indianapolis community and beyond. The Indy Film Fest is a 100% volunteer-driven organization, with every person involved in making the festival possible. The Indy Film Fest is looking for some volunteers to help patrons, filmmakers, and other guests attending the 22nd Indy Film Fest's in-person events on April 23-27 at theaters in downtown Indianapolis. All volunteers get an exclusive Indy Film Fest volunteer t-shirt, plus tickets to see films and merchandise. This is a general listing but roles include:
- Selling tickets, passes, and merchandise
- Taking tickets
- Assisting at parties
- Projectionist
