to oversee financial planning, analysis, and reporting. The
Director of Finance (DOF)
will work closely with executive leadership to drive financial performance.
Compensation:
$150,000 - $180,000 + Bonus + Equity

Job Responsibilities of the Director of Finance:
The Director of Finance will develop and execute financial strategies to drive business growth
They will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
Manage and mentor finance and accounting teams
Present financial reports and recommendations to leadership
Preferred Qualifications of the Director of Finance:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA/CPA preferred
10+ years of experience in financial leadership roles is preferred
Strong strategic planning and financial analysis skills
Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
