Overview
As the Creative Project Manager for the Tilebar Bath Division, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of projects related to our bath products, from conception to completion. This person will develop, manage, and deploy integrated product launches and projects. This Creative Project Manager will balance day-to-day project oversight, deliverables, and communication between creative teams, internal teams, and 3rd parties to ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and on brief. Your role will involve a combination of strategic planning, execution, and effective communication to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
The salary range for this position is $85,000 to $95,000 per year. Actual compensation is based on multiple factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, level of relevant experience, and specific work location. Salary ranges for positions based in other locations may differ based on the cost of labor in that location.
Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive project plans outlining the project scope, objectives, timelines, and resources required.Coordinate with creative teams, including designers, copywriters, and other specialists, to ensure project objectives are understood and met.Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and implement mitigation strategies as neededEstablish quality standards and ensure adherence throughout the project lifecycle.Conduct regular quality reviews and implement corrective actions to address any deviations from the set standards.Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including internal teams, customers, and vendors.Facilitate effective communication channels to ensure stakeholders are informed of project progress, risks, and decisions.Address stakeholder concerns and resolve conflicts in a timely and professional manner.Qualifications
Proven experience 3-5 years in Creative Project Management, preferably in creative, home improvement, or related industries.Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.Able to work with minimal supervisionSolid organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.PMP Certification is a plusExperience in Creative, Web, and or Merchandising Processes is a plus
