Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Lead Designer based in Surprise, AZ, where some work from home is acceptable. The Lead Designer will be responsible for both sales and interior design. Managing design projects from concept to completion, collaborating with clients to understand their needs, and creating detailed design plans for cabinetry, countertops, tile, and flooring selections. Additional responsibilities include leading the design team, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of design trends and materials.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Design Software, Visualization, and AutoCAD skills specifically with Design Flex 14
• Experience in Project Management, Time Management, Cabinet and Countertop Sales and Client Communication
• Strong skills in Team Leadership, Sales, Collaboration, and Problem Solving and Interior Design
• Knowledge in Cabinet, Countertop and bathroom design
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
• Relevant certifications or additional skills in design software or project management are a plus.
