What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Facilitate receipt of all new approved music documentation with artist suppliers
- Assist in new supplier procurement and manage artist contracts with accuracy
- Coordinate with artists and production teams to ensure music files are ready for use
- Perform administrative tasks, including data entry and file management for music operations
- Monitor copyright compliance and resolve issues with internal teams
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience, preferably in an arts/music organization
- Strong computer skills, including MS Outlook, Google Drive, Word, Excel, Tableau, and Cortex
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with artists and creatives in a team setting
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with digital asset management systems, digital service providers (DSPs), and music metadata standards
- Knowledge of copyright laws and regulations, with experience in managing copyright compliance
- Familiarity with DDEX standards
