The right person for this role will bring a desire to showcase our brand in both digital and print with a creative eye and a fresh lens. With a couple of years’ experience, we look for this talented professional to join our Marketing/Business Development team to assist in the coordination and creation of internal/external communications, proposals, promotional materials, and market positioning content.

What does it take? Here are some things that we will be looking for:

1. 2+ years of marketing, graphics, or technical writing experience
2. Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Graphic Design, or a degree with demonstrated equivalent experience
3. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office
4. Graphic design/layout experience preferred. Experience with infographic design a plus
5. AEC Marketing Experience is a plus
6. Video editing skills is a bonus
7. Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
8. Excellent team player with a positive attitude
9. Ability to multi-task and work well in a fast-paced, deadline driven, team-oriented atmosphere
10. Understanding of the construction industry is a plus
