Job Summary

We are seeking a full-time, office-based Experienced Proposal Writer to join our Proposal and Feasibility team. This role involves working closely with operations and business development teams to prepare proposals for new business in the pharmaceutical industry, offering opportunities to develop strategic content at the intersection of science, operations, and finance while advancing your career. Responsibilities

• Lead proposal planning meetings to identify issues, client requirements, and recommend strategies based on experience.
• Encourage multidisciplinary discussions among subject matter experts to ensure comprehensive contributions.
• Establish timelines and hold stakeholders accountable.
• Extract and consolidate relevant content from experts into compelling proposal narratives, including data visualization.
• Review RFP and RFI documents to understand client needs and identify missing information.
• Draft standard documents aligned with strategy and sponsor requirements within expedited timelines.
• Support process improvement initiatives and define action plans.
• Perform quality control and participate in finalizing and distributing documents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences required; Master’s preferred.
• 2-3 years of CRO or proposal writing experience in the industry.
• Strong initiative and communication skills.
• Project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
