Job Overview:
As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy across various platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. You will engage with our audience, promote our services, and showcase our patients’ transformations through compelling visual content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.
- Create, edit, and post high-quality content, including before-and-after photos, videos of procedures, and educational snippets.
- Manage and respond to direct messages and inquiries across social platforms and Yelp, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Monitor social media trends and industry developments to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns, using insights to optimize future strategies.
- Coordinate photoshoots and video sessions in the office with patients, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.
- Engage with followers, build community, and foster relationships with potential clients.
- Stay updated on best practices and emerging technologies in social media and digital marketing.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in the healthcare or beauty industry.
- Proficient in social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube) and content creation tools.
- Strong visual storytelling skills and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting tools.
