Create and manage provider and stakeholder communications, including formulary strategies. Communicate pharmacy regulations effectively to vendors and providers. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of PBM (Pharmacy Benefit Manager) regulatory and compliance standards within a health plan. Work remotely, with occasional on-site requirements in Baltimore, MD for critical business needs. Prefer candidates with a bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Health, Health Administration, Health Communication, or related field. Must have: 3+ years of experience as a Communications Specialist in a health plan setting and proven experience with regulatory compliance in pharmacy communications.
