Overview
The Media Supervisor, Strategy & Planning position willwork closely with other members of the Consumer Communications (C2) to lead the development of integrated media plans that are audience-first, insight-led, and aligned with client objectives. This role is responsible for campaign-level planning across channels ensuring cross-functional teams are aligned and delivering cohesive and impactful campaigns for a highly respected automotive client.
The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the media landscape, translates data into actionable insights, and excels at client communication.

- Ability to collaborate with internal and external partners/teams including clients, outside agencies, media partners, and internal Saatchi teams (account management, creative, production, analytics, strategy and project management)

- Lead the development of omnichannel media strategies that align with business and marketing goals
- Translate brand and performance objectives into media planning frameworks and tactical recommendations
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop integrated plans
- Manage campaign briefing, timelines, plan development, and presentation to key client stakeholders
- Oversee audience & community development, channel mix strategy, and budget allocation decisions
- Ensure campaigns are tracked against KPIs and optimize toward outcomes in partnership with analytics
- Mentor planners and associates, providing guidance and review of their work
- Collaborate with strategic investment teams to ensure flawless execution
- Other duties as assigned
- 4-5 years of experience in media planning or integrated strategy
- Strong understanding of media channels (digital, traditional, emerging), with a focus on how they work together
- Proven success leading client conversations and managing cross-team collaboration
- Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
- Experience using media planning tools (e.g., MRI, Comscore, Commspoint, NMI)
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills

Compensation Range: $73,910.00 - $111,320.00 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
