We’re looking for a smart, strategic, and innovative Social Media Coordinator. In this role, you'll be involved in various aspects of social media community management, working collaboratively with all implementation teams to develop engaging content on major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, LinkedIn). You will know the ins and outs of growing followers and acquiring new customers while being active in social listening and monitoring. Be fully immersed in the world of social media influencers and comfortable mixing and mingling with them in the DMs. Responsibilities Manage social media channels, engaging with followers and responding to inquiries. Optimize tactics to increase social media followers/engagement and drive path to purchase. Work with the creative team to ensure the production of on-brand visual assets. Maintain ongoing relationships with relevant influencers in the beauty space as well as complementary categories. Assist with integrated content partnership negotiations. Requirements You should have at least 1-2 years of experience working in the social space (that said, if you’re a social genius, please contact us).
