Position Summary Position Summary:
Acrisure Arena and the Berger Foundation Iceplex are seeking a Sr. Director of Branding & Creative Services whose primary responsibility is to ensure that we deliver unbelievable experiences for everyone that the Acrisure Arena and Berger Foundation Iceplex brand touches. The Sr. Director of Branding & Creative Services will oversee venue branding, front of house and back of house activations, and artist gifting. They will report to the VP of Marketing for the team for Acrisure Arena, Berger Foundation Iceplex, and the CV Firebirds.
This role pays an annual salary of $115,000 to $125,000 and is bonus eligible.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities :
Collaborate with all departments to deliver unbelievable experiences including but not limited to event experiences through the public activations, client appreciation gifts, and backstage experiences for tour personnel.
Direct and support marketing elements for gifts and event activations including but not limited to design, production, staffing and ordering of materials.
Establish and maintains relationships with industry influencers and key community and strategic partners.
Effectively lead the creative services team including managing performance, coaching and feedback, oversee goal setting, and provide ongoing support to ensure employee success and development. Directly manage the production artists and provide leadership to staff/interns.
Prepare creative briefs, manage work orders, prioritize and assign work to the Designer and Production Artists.
Implement quality standards and approval flow of creative assets. Traffic all approved assets to the stakeholder or third party upon completion.
Serve as creative lead with internal staff to develop sales, marketing, and event services collateral.
Maintain and elevate brand standards of logo and name when used by outside parties in activations within the facility as well as outside the facility walls.
Aggressively seek new contacts and maintains working relationships with all industry organizations, corporate promotional contacts, and event and booking representatives.
Duties as assigned
Frequent bending, lifting 15-20 pounds, sitting, exposure to multiple external elements, extensive walking throughout the building, long periods of standing.
Qualifications
Experience & Skills :
The Sr. Director of Branding & Creative Services must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that you can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation, using some other combination of skill and abilities:
Excellent written and verbal skills
Passion for creating unique experiences to enhance the brand of the company
Must be able to maintain confidentiality and use utmost discretion when privy to sensitive information
Must have strong project management experience
Must be self-directed and able to work independently, while also flourishing in a fast-paced collaborative team environment
Excellent project management and communication skills
Proven track record of balancing multiple projects simultaneously through successfully
Must be adaptable with the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Must have 8 to 10 Years in Branding and Entertainment/Marketing
Must have 5 plus Years Supervising others
Working Conditions :
Must be able to work a flexible schedule inclusive of weekends, evenings and holidays required
Must be able to tolerate loud noise levels & busy/crowded environments
