Summary:
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns to promote our products or services and drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. You will play a critical role in optimizing digital channels, analyzing campaign performance, and identifying opportunities for improvement. Your expertise in digital marketing strategies and tactics will contribute to achieving marketing objectives and maximizing ROI.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to, search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), social media marketing, email marketing, and display advertising.Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and other team members to develop content assets that align with campaign goals and target audience preferences.Develop social media strategies to increase follower growth, engagement, and brand advocacy.Manage and maintain social media profiles and pages, including content creation, scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking.Develop email content, design templates, and A/B test campaigns.Analyze data insights to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.Stay informed about emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies, and incorporate best practices into campaigns.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.Proven 2-3 experience in digital marketing, with a focus on campaign management, content creation, and performance optimization.Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, Mailchimp, and others.C1/C2 English proficiencyAnalytical mindset and proficiency in data analysis tools to interpret campaign performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies and solutions.Project management skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment and effectively coordinate with internal stakeholders, agencies, and vendors.
