This is a full-time position available at a health care publishing company to manage two professional journals.
Base Pay Range
$55,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
- Oversee peer review, pre-production, production, and post-production/posting of content according to the production schedule.
- Work with section editors to meet deadlines.
- Manage editorial boards and virtual board meetings.
- Provide daily supervision for an Associate Editor.
- Engage in social media posting.
Qualifications
- Excellent copyediting, proofreading, and InDesign page layout skills required.
- Professional and customer-focused, self-motivated, deadline- and detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects.
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in publishing, preferably related to health care or academia.
Additional Information
The annual base salary for this position is $55,000 to $65,000. Placement within this range is determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to, knowledge, skills, education, years and level of experience, and equity with internal team members.
Effective March 3, 2025, employees living within a 50-mile radius will be scheduled to work two days per week in our Thorofare, NJ location. Selected employees will work remotely three days per week.
