Overview
We’re looking for a Marketing Manager who’s ready to take charge and play a pivotal role in our company’s growth. This isn’t just another marketing job—it’s a leadership position with a seat at the table where you’ll be part of the decision-making process, guiding the strategy, and seeing the direct results of your work. You’ll report directly to the President and frequently collaborate with sales, product development, finance, and operations to ensure marketing drives measurable success.
If you're a seasoned marketer who excels at both strategy and hands-on execution, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys leading a team while actively driving meaningful results, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and execute a results-driven marketing strategy across all channels—including digital, brand, content, trade shows, and lead generation.
- Lead and mentor a small in-house marketing team while managing external agency partners and vendors.
- Own and drive our direct-to-consumer (DTC) marketing and social media efforts, increasing brand awareness and customer acquisition.
- Create compelling multi-media marketing and training materials that support both branding and sales communication.
- Select, implement and manage CRM systems to optimize lead generation, customer retention, automate processes and sales enablement efforts.
- Stay ahead of trends—monitor market activity, competitor strategies, and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth.
- Work closely with product development teams to align marketing with new launches and innovations.
- Spearhead event and trade show strategy, ensuring our presence is impactful and supports our growth initiatives.
- Craft clear and compelling creative briefs for internal staff and external partners to align on and deliver project goals.
- Track key marketing metrics, analyze performance to optimize future strategies, and prioritize departmental initiatives by leveraging the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS).
- Manage the marketing budget to ensure fiscal responsibility while maximizing ROI.
What You Bring to the Table:
- 5+ years of marketing experience, with a strong background in direct-to-consumer digital marketing and brand growth.
- Education: BA or BS in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Leadership experience—You’ve managed teams and know how to inspire people to do their best work.
- Proven ability to create and execute marketing programs that drive measurable success.
- Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach—you’re just as comfortable setting vision as you are executing campaigns.
- Strong writing, communication, and project management skills to ensure clarity and effectiveness in all initiatives.
- Entrepreneurial spirit—you take initiative, adapt quickly, and love solving challenges.
- Ability to remain flexible to changes in the work environment and scope of responsibility.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools and Microsoft Suite systems.
- Experience balancing multiple priorities, meeting deadlines, and staying organized.
The Details:
- Supervisory Responsibilities: This position leads the marketing department, providing direction and mentorship.
- Position Type/Location/Expected Hours of Work: Full-time, in a professional office setting in the I-43 business park. Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with overtime, evening, and weekend hours as required.
- Travel: Approximately quarterly for market insight visits, trade shows, and industry events.
- Other Duties: This job description is not exhaustive and may evolve as business needs change. Duties, responsibilities, and activities may be modified at any time.
If you’re a strategic, results-driven marketing leader who’s ready to take ownership and make an impact, we want to hear from you!
