Salary Range: $110,000-$150,000 base plus 0.1%-.2% equity.
Our client is a Customer Support Platform optimized for B2B companies. They've created a full ticketing system allowing you to track customer issues across Slack Connect, Email, Microsoft Teams, In-App Chat, and Tickets. Our client is a 14 person, Series A startup, located in-person in San Francisco, and are hiring a Founding Field Marketer to join our team.
Role Responsibilities: Generate pipeline from new sources.
Organize and attend physical and digital events.
Host dinners for Support Leaders (e.g. VPs of Support, Directors, etc.).
Host webinars with customer support leaders.
Host the first Pylon conference.
Attend support and B2B SaaS events.
