Position : Teacher of the Visually Impaired (TVI)
Population : Middle School Students
Location : Titusville,FL
We are pleased to announce that we are seeking candidates dedicated to revolutionizing the educational experiences of visually impaired students. This position offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to ensure that students receive the critical support and specialized instruction they require.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver Braille instruction and adapt curriculum materials. Utilize adaptive technology to enhance learning experiences. Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support student success. Engage with families to create a supportive educational environment. Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in Education for the Visually Impaired or a related degree Florida Teaching Certification with endorsement for Teaching Visually Impaired Students Required to undergo a background check and drug screening before the start of the assignment
