Position: Design Lead
Client: USAC
Location: Hybrid schedule of 2 days a week in the downtown Washington, D.C. office
Hours: Normal business hours
Duration: Short term contract

The position's essential duties include the following:
Lead participatory and iterative design activities, meetings, working sessions.
Oversee all visual and interaction design and writing efforts; ensure successful completion of all work executed by the team (on time, on budget, and ensuring quality).
Apply strategic thinking to deliver end-to-end user experience solutions with a focus on user needs and business goals.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record. The minimum amount of total work-related experience required is 3 years for the position. This means experience in a related area or time spent performing similar work that provides the background for the current position.
