Responsible for ensuring accurate supervision, reporting, reaching and surpassing marketing plan and marketing strategies.
JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Achieves marketing objectives by contributing marketing and sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change.
- Oversees in-store marketing layouts and store displays.
- Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
- Identifies sales opportunities within our market and foresees the implementation of the sales strategies the company requires.
- Direct supervision and daily follow-up to social media positioning and advertisements.
- Supervision of web page traffic and maintenance.
- Keeps up to date with products on literature, catalog, and online store.
- Strong communication skills in order to represent the company in social activities and Industrial/Construction Associations.
- Vast knowledge on how to treat a customer and the importance of customer care.
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Understanding customer and client relationships.
- Must have a MINIMUM of BS/BA in Marketing.
- Must have at least five (5) years of progressive leadership experience with proven leadership and track record in the position.
