What is Sunroom?
Sunroom Rentals is on a mission to improve the way people lease homes. Since we launched, thousands of renters have found their homes through our easy-to-use app. We enable renters to self-tour properties and apply online.
Our headquarters is in Austin, TX, but we have a distributed team of 30+ talented employees.
The Role
This job will consist of traveling within Tampa Bay and the surrounding area. You will have two main responsibilities: taking photos of properties (homes, condominiums, townhomes, etc.) and completing installations/uninstalls of hardware (lockboxes, Kwikset door locks, and signs).
Attention to detail and flexibility are a must! We will work with the right candidate to train them on how to use our inventory system and Sunroom Rentals tools to ensure that they can succeed!
This is a Contractor position.
Requirements for the role:
- We're looking for candidates who are willing to work part-time and who have a flexible schedule.
- You must have your own digital equipment and reliable access to the internet.
- Photography experience is required for this role, preferably experience in the real estate market. Photos will need to be uploaded in a timely manner.
- Ability to travel throughout the greater Tampa area and have reliable transportation.
- Ability to install and/or uninstall lockboxes, Kwikset door locks, and panels/riders.
What we are looking for in you:
- Clear, efficient communication in real-time while in the field with our Operations Support Team.
- Extreme attention to detail and quality of work.
- Ability to stay focused and troubleshoot challenges that arise in the field.
- Ability to store a small set of inventory items (yard signs, locksets, WIFI sticks, etc.) and track all items closely.
- Organized and forward-thinking with order routing, setting availability, and getting to and from field orders.
Additional Requirements & Information:
- Background Check: Must be able to pass a background check as part of the hiring process.
- Contractor Status: Candidates will join the Company as Contractors and would provide their own equipment that meets the necessary technical specifications required to perform the job duties.
- As a Contractor, candidates will not be eligible for Company benefits.
