Senior Manager, Marketing Operations

Position Summary: As the Senior Manager, Marketing Operations, you will play a crucial role in driving our marketing initiatives to support our mission. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Marketing Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing our marketing processes, managing marketing technology, and driving data-driven decision-making to enhance our marketing effectiveness. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Hybrid - ability to work two days in Seattle, Bellingham, Mount Vernon, or Spokane Schedule:
Part-time, approximately 28 hours per week Full Wage Range:
$45 – 55 per hour Benefits:

Budget Management:
Oversee budget management, including invoicing, forecasting, and monthly P&L reports to ensure financial accuracy and efficiency. Marketing Tool Management:
Manage the sourcing, contracts, and renewals of marketing tools. Track tool usage and organize team training sessions to maximize tool effectiveness. Marketing Lead:
Coordinate marketing requests and website updates. Serve as the central contact for sales tools and digital asset management administration. Coordinate marketing reporting and facilitate onboarding for new team members. Executive Support:
Prepare reports, schedule marketing meetings, book travel, and manage expenses to support the team. Special Projects:
Plan and execute special projects, including events and research initiatives, to support broader marketing goals. Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in marketing operations, with a proven track record of success. Strong ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. A proactive approach with a bias for action and execution. Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a demonstrated ability to produce compelling reports and presentations. Proficiency in or interest in acquiring skills with AI marketing tools. Working Conditions:
Flexible part-time schedule with the ability to work hybrid and travel to partner sites within Washington State. Limited overnight travel required (2-3 times annually). Ready to Make a Difference?
