Contract: W2, 6 months
Location: Remote (Preference for West Coast)
Pay Range: 40-50/Hour (Dependent on experience)
Brief Summary: The Small Business Group (SBG) connects small businesses with customers across Instagram, WhatsApp, etc, helping them grow using digital marketing tools. The Global Marketing Channels team is looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist to support digital marketing campaign execution on our clients Ads platform.
Responsibilities:
• Execute large-scale Ads campaigns independently
• Manage day-to-day campaign execution to meet deadlines
• Setup, QA, and troubleshoot Ad campaigns
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure campaign success
• Provide reporting, tracking, and insights on campaigns
• Ensure high-quality, efficient execution of tasks and responsibilities
• Manage multiple campaigns concurrently with exceptional project management skills
Requirements:
• 2+ years of hands-on Ad experience
• Experience in executing large-scale, global Ad campaigns
• Proficient in Ads (pixel, custom audience, placements, optimization, bulk edit)
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Basic knowledge of SQL preferred
• Agency experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, or a related field
• Exceptional attention to detail and troubleshooting skills
• Strong project management and communication skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks
