The role involves creating visual content to enhance stakeholder engagement and support internal publications. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to align designs with company brand guidelines and deliver high-quality outputs.Responsibilities
Visualize ideas into appealing graphics and videos for external and internal use.Design banners, posters, graphics, and logos for campaigns and digital/social platforms.Collaborate with teams to gather content inputs and design them effectively.Ensure that all graphics and layouts adhere to company brand guidelines.Review final layouts and suggest improvements to enhance design quality.Analyze existing design processes, identify gaps, and implement solutions to improve design capabilities.
