Location: Remote in the US, with the ability to work EST
Type: Part time contract through end of 2025 with potential for extension; 15-25 hours a week on average
Compensation: $35-$40/hr W2

We have an exciting opportunity for a pharmaceutical Designer! Our client is seeking an in-house digital and print Graphic Designer that will work closely with Marketing and Sales on the creation and redesigning of assets and emails. This opportunity is a remote, long-term contract. The ideal candidate will be creative while complying with branding standard guidelines. In this role, you'll need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing the timelines and expectations of multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare high quality concepts, design and layout for marketing.
• Prepare materials for print and Veeva approval and review production proofs.
• Editing of print deliverables.
• Veeva upload for approval and Salesforce for implementing emails.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years experience in Hybrid Design at a pharmaceutical agency or in-house creative team.
• Respond to & provide requested artwork for projects within a timely manner.
• Careful attention to brand and production standards.
• Must have the ability to conceptualize and design from start to finish.
• Must possess great interpersonal skills and be able to manage and speak with clients.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to be flexible with shifting deadlines within reason.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and timely follow up.
• Ability to interact effectively with a wide variety of people and accept feedback.

Skills:
Relevant Software/Technology Proficiencies & Experience:

• Hands on Print Design for a full range of corporate communications such as banners, brochures, signage, posters, meeting guides, collateral, ads, infographics, tradeshows, and presentations.
• Adobe Creative Suite: Dreamweaver, XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Media Encoder & InDesign.
