Digital Marketing Specialist

Randstad USA . The primary objective of the Digital Talent Acquisition Analyst is to optimize talent acquisition through data analysis and digital campaign management. This role focuses on ensuring sufficient talent supply by analyzing market data, managing online campaigns to drive talent engagement and app conversion, and identifying effective talent sources to maximize recruitment efficiency. The person will be responsible for analyzing supply and demand, and addressing issues. What you get to do: Market Analysis & Strategy Conduct market research to understand talent supply and demand trends, skill gaps, and the competitive landscape. Develop data-driven market strategies to address talent shortages and optimize talent acquisition efforts. Collaborate with recruiting and marketing teams to align campaigns with overall talent acquisition goals. Identify which job categories within specific markets have supply and demand issues and take corrective action. Data Analysis & Reporting Analyze supply and demand data to spot imbalances in markets and job categories. Monitor KPIs related to talent acquisition, app engagement, and funnel conversion. Use data visualization tools and dashboards to present findings and recommendations. Assess weekly changes in supply and demand data to evaluate the impact of adjustments. Determine if issues stem from top of funnel or app registration/conversion problems. Provide insights on talent source effectiveness by market. Digital Campaign Management Develop, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns to attract talent and increase app downloads, registrations, and onboarding. Optimize campaigns across digital channels based on performance data. Implement A/B testing and other techniques to enhance campaign effectiveness and conversion rates. Track campaign performance and generate reports on key metrics like views, clicks, downloads, registrations, and starts. Analyze campaign tracking data to identify successful campaigns in terms of supply and demand. Report to Marketing for alignment with strategy, operations, and budget. Partner with Talent Acquisition Managers to ensure campaign effectiveness and alignment with delivery needs. What you need to bring: Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing or online advertising. Minimum 1 year of experience in data analysis, preferably related to recruitment or talent acquisition. Ability to analyze daily data and project supply and demand for upcoming weeks, making immediate adjustments as needed. Ability to analyze weekly changes to determine the impact of adjustments. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex data and derive insights. Proficiency in digital marketing, campaign management, optimization, and reporting. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) and dashboards. Experience with campaign tracking and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, AdWords). Proficiency in Google tools (Gmail, Calendar, Drive). Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey data insights to diverse audiences. Understanding of recruitment processes and talent acquisition strategies. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to identify if issues are due to top of funnel or app registration/conversion to implement appropriate solutions. Seniority level
